This was my first time developing land and without the help, advise, and engineering expertise of Ken I know this project could have been a problem rather than a success. Thanks to Ken and the Chalk Mountain group for all they did for me.

Chalk Mountain recently provided a flood study for a project in eastern Travis County for us and our client. The report was very professional and comprehensive. It was done in a short amount of time at a very reasonable fee. After seeing the level of service provided it no longer makes sense for our firm to struggle with these studies in-house and we will be using Chalk Mountain in the future.

Chalk Mountain did an excellent job getting a FEMA Floodplain map revised for Tom Green County. Their tireless efforts over an extended time dealing with FEMA showed exception fortitude and commitment to the task. Thanks Ken for a job well done!!!

It is refreshing to know there are still professional people and companies with integrity, morals and expertise like Chalk Mountain. They exceeded my expectation and I highly recommend them!

Our insurance broker gave you a lot of compliments on how the report was so thorough and very professional. Our flood insurance cost was reduced from approx $3,000 per year (without the certificate) to $1285 per year. I’m so grateful that we were directed to you!

I personally have never had anyone so helpful, take time out of their day to go above and beyond with something that’s not even their responsibility. I was so confused about my property and needed guidance and help and he provided more than I could’ve expected.
